Watching my favourite uncle die of complications from diabetes and a stroke at a tender age of 17 ignited the fire that led me to the world of exercise, nutrition and general wellbeing. Since losing my uncle I have gradually replaced old unhealthy habits with new healthy ones that enhance my overall wellbeing.
I made the switch from the corporate world to personal training because I wanted to share my passion for exercise and healthy living with my clients. My approach to training will vary from client to client; but ultimately 3 things are ever present in my training sessions – intensity, fun, unwavering support and appreciation for the work and effort being put in. I work with a broad spectrum of clients; from first time gym users to Elite sports men and women.
One of my long-term goals is to help end hunger and starvation in the world. I have worked with a few charities in the past with fundraising and hope to work with a few more in the future. (Save the children November 2017).

Online Training
8 Weeks – £200

Follow up: In the duration of the 8 weeks you will have 4 follow ups to check on your meals, training, sleep and to discuss any concerns and see if any changes need to be made. Follow ups will take place on week 1, 3 and 6.
Online Training
12 Weeks – £280

1-2-1
Personal Training
Includes...
- The majority of my sessions are delivered at UFG in Lichfield (opposite the Peugeot garage) but I am also happy to travel within Staffordshire and Manchester for an agreed rate depending on distance
- £30 per 1 hour session, or block book for a discount of £250 for 10 sessions
- 1-2-1 sessions can be a great opportunity to get your technique right, master the intensity that is expected to reach your goals and experience a session with Ugo

Nutrition
Plan – £100
Includes...
A detailed nutrition plan for training and non-training days with various meals to choose from. This plan is very detailed and will be tailor made to suit your goals. It includes different meals and when to eat, snack ideas and calorie count for each meal.
90 Days Body Transformation
Ladies only and men only
Includes...
This is a small group exercise class designed to engineer a change in lifestyle and improve your general wellbeing both physically and psychologically. Sessions are held at a private studio in Lichfield (backing onto the beautiful Beacon Park). There are 3 sessions a week and 2 time slots; Monday, Wednesday and Friday; 6pm to 7pm and 7pm to 8pm.

In the ninety-day transformation programme you will get:
- Three group coaching sessions a week (ladies or men only) – Each 60-minute session is capped at just 8 people ensuring you get all the help and support you need
- Full nutrition support – Group nutrition sessions, a VIP Facebook group for all your nutrition questions and your own meal plan, an easy to follow step by step guide with daily meal and snack suggestions to help you reach your fitness goals
- Weekly accountability from your coach, giving you the key ingredient to keeping your fitness on track
- Customised workout plan to make sure you hit your personal fitness goals
- Weekly access to your own body transformation coach to support you throughout the programme
- Weekly weigh ins and progress tracking
- Before and after pictures to track progress
In a fun and friendly female only / male only group environment giving you the encouragement and motivation you need.
This 90-day course is designed with 4 ingredients that if applied correctly will yield great results; Nutrition, exercise, accountability and support. If you haven’t had long lasting results previously, chances are one was missing.
